Persons attending the classes do so are their own risk. Whilst every effort is made to secure your safety, none of the teachers can accept liability or responsibility for any injury, sickness or other malady that may happen in participating.
Please be responsible with your own body, and if you do suffer from any injuries please notify the teachers,
and decide for yourself if you are fit for the training and dancing.
Pregnant women are generally advised to avoid excessive exercise for the first 3 months and thereafter is at your discretion.
