Please be responsible with your own body, and if you do have any injuries please notify the teachers,and decide for yourself if you are fit for the training and dancing. If you injure yourself in class you must notify the teacher immediately.

 

Pregnant women are generally advised to avoid excessive exercise for the first 3 months and thereafter is at your discretion.

 

We cannot be responsible for your possessions, and whilst the studio or working environment is secure, if you forget items, it is at your own risk of loss.
